We have already costed this out and sent out a brochure within Leicester and Leicestershire, with very positive responses. Now we are putting together information for disabled people about how they can go about getting Direct Payments or Individual Budgets to use our services. It may seem a strange concept to some of you but the world is changing, we are told disabled people should have more 'buying power' to do the things in their lives that they want to do, so why not test it out?
