Keeping going
I am getting so much from this site - much more than just the confidence to write again and to feel its worth bothering cos there is someone (or lots of people) out there who care to take the time to tell me what they think of what I write - and that is something ace to me. I'm also getting so much from reading what other people write and understanding (or at least having the chance to try) what they go through and all that. That is so good and I just thought as I travelled round the site today well why not tell everyone and make a new topic on this forum in case anyone wants to reply to this - what is now becoming a bit long and perhaps vague?

Everything IS relative, as Einstein pointed out - but I see the train passing at LIFE's speed, before its time. Each poem, each story, each shared life and word in this site is a little bit different. And the differences which we get to share by word herein draw from our common tree, each one tinted within its own chroma, and softly turning to reveal its face, in its own inimitable fashion, toward the sun. Resplendency of the heartfelt word carries no mirage, and all disability disappears.

Yes, I agree with Shirley and Jon. This site is perfect for publishing ones' work, airing views and gathering the thoughts of others concerning our writing. I find the editing of work is especially good and it is interesting to watch the work in progress as each writer develops, at least, those of us with enough sense not to take offense at the creative suggestions intended to help us.

It's good that you get a lot from this site,when I found this site I find it helpful too and since I see my poems published on it,it make me to keep writing.It's good that you're back writing again Jon,keep writing & keep smilig.
